			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lining a large industrial job like wheel and roller requires a complete and continuous process control. This ensures that the quality of lining and its required properties are uniform. Jini Polymech has the necessary CNC process machines along with all the necessary accessories and facilities. This ensures that critical process parameters are controlled continuously.</p>
<p>Jini can process large jobs of individual weight up to 250 Kg with maximum diameter of 2-3 m and length of 3.5 m.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jini has successfully developed a high performance mallet for general purpose use in industrial assembly and maintenance applications.</p>
<p><strong>Problem Faced:</strong><br />
Mallets used in industrial applications are traditionally made from Nylon/Teflon. These mallets tend to deform or chip off frequently. The makes the life of mallet very short in turn increases cost of tools for assembly and maintenance.</p>
<p><strong>Solution given by Jini:</strong><br />
Jini gave a unique solution to the problem by designing a multi-grip handle made up of Integral Skin Foam while the work tip was made out of PU.</p>
<p><strong>Benefits:</strong><br />
The PU work tip increased the life and made the mallet long life the multi-grip handle makes it easy to hold. The multigrip handle also ensures that the operator can exercise complete control over stroke and strike.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Recently Jini has developed a PU seal for Pneumatic Tool application for Atlas Copco.</p>
<p><strong>Problem Faced:</strong></p>
<p>Atlas Copco was manufacturing seals for its pneumatic tools in traditional way for long time. These were manufactured from imported PU sheets by using the punching process. This process has disadvantages like inconsistent quality, non-uniform shape and heavy wastage.</p>
<p><strong>Solution given by Jini:</strong></p>
<p>Jini successfully redesigned the manufacturing process by deploying special mould design and post-processing techniques. The redesigned process achieves consistent quality, accurate shape. The new process has also achieved total reduction of wastage.</p>
<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>
<p>The typical per piece cost was brought down by over 60%.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A polyurethane (PUR and PU) is any polymer composed of a chain of organic units joined by carbamate (urethane) links. Polyurethane polymers are formed through step-growth polymerization, by reacting a monomer (with at least two isocyanate functional groups) with another monomer (with at least two hydroxyl or alcohol groups) in the presence of a catalyst.</p>
<p>Polyurethanes are applied to the manufacture of flexible, high-resilience foam seating; rigid foam insulation panels; microcellular foam seals and gaskets; durable elastomeric wheels and tires; automotive suspension bushings; electrical potting compounds; high performance adhesives; surface coatings and surface sealants; synthetic fibers (e.g. Spandex); carpet underlay; and hard-plastic parts (i.e. for electronic instruments). Moreover, polyurethane products often are inaccurately called “urethanes”, but must not be confused with urethane proper (ethyl carbamate), because polyurethanes neither contain nor are produced from ethyl carbamate.</p>
